Interior designers, style commentators and all-around lifestyle gurus Colin & Justin are notorious for their sharp sense of humour and straight-talking advice. Over the last decade, Colin & Justin have become household names, bringing their signature style advice to several television shows worldwide, including W Network’s Game of Homes and Cottage Life’s Cabin Pressure, as well as their eponymous line of home goods at Homesense, Winners and Marshalls.
In between designing, filming and connecting with their beloved fans around the globe, Colin & Justin have built a growing real estate portfolio of rental properties between Toronto, London and their hometown of Glasgow, Ireland, delivering market appropriate leased properties to style conscious urbanites.
Motorcycle aficionado, donut fanatic, and single dad, design-trained contractor Rob Evans is a man’s man with a point of view about almost everything. Now a specialist in renovating residential properties, Rob began his career as the owner and operator of a successful design firm which inform his creative and aesthetically adventurous style. Involved in every step of the construction process, Rob’s projects range from complete home rebuilds to furniture design and construction.
Rob joined HGTV’s Home to Win as one of the 20 stars who worked together to create a dream home, and also co-hosted HGTV’s The Expandables season two which was filmed spring of 2016.
This globetrotting aesthete, devoted yogi, and Bryan Adams super-fan may have grown up in Toronto, but Mia Parres’ family roots are deeply set in Scandinavian and Danish culture, which influenced her design aesthetic of simple sophistication and smart functionality. She brings this well-honed taste and a love for the outdoors to the table in her current role as a high-end residential designer – some of her favourite projects being the luxurious cottages in Canada’s posh lakeside Muskoka region.

With a career in interior design and fashion that spans over 12 years, Janette Ewen has become a favourite style source for Canadians. Janette started her career at leading magazine Chatelaine and eventually moved on to editorial roles at House & Home, Chocolat Magazine and the Globe and Mail. From print, Janette moved into broadcast. As a TV favourite, Janette can be seen regularly on national shows in Canada, including Cityline and CTV Morning, and was formally a co-host on “Inside the Box with Ty Pennington.” Janette currently is a partner at the award winning LA-Toronto based creative studio Parker Barrow, known for its innovative wallpaper collection, design installations (including the recent revitalization of the Fairmont Royal York rooftop) and collaborations.
Co-host Todd Talbot of Love It or List It Vancouver is best known for his real estate savvy, keen sense of style, and quick wit. Although not his first time appearing on the small screen, Todd has starred in dozens of award-winning productions – a path that helped set the stage for his latest role as TV personality. With his many accomplishments and interests, Todd is never happier than when he’s with his family or when he’s renovating or building his next project. Recently, he launched a new website, toddtalbot.ca, where he takes visitors on a journey through his own renovations, and offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into his life both on and off the screen.
As a colour & design aficionado, lifestyle expert, and DIY doyenne, Leigh-Ann Allaire Perrault has spent years crafting a unique philosophy for design that fuses ingenuity, whimsy, and quality workmanship – all on a “frugalista” budget. She believes that we shouldn’t take our spaces too seriously, and that great design is not about how much money you spend, but rather how creative you can be. Amongst the many hats she wears, Leigh-Ann is a regular contributor on Cityline, a spokesperson for Rust-Oleum Canada. With a passion to educate and inspire, Leigh-Ann embraces every opportunity she gets to spark creativity and instill confidence in others who strive to “DO IT YOURSELF”.
Award-winning interior designer, Jamie Banfield has become a creative force in the industry, and recognized for his contemporary West Coast style. Specializing in design for all spaces, with a focus on kitchen and bath, Jamie has the ability to transform and create well-edited spaces that exude both function and beauty. With a passion for textures and sustainable design, he often uses reclaimed materials, offering a unique perspective to his finished rooms. Recently recognized by the National Kitchen and Bath Association as one of the industry’s top 30 Under 30 in North America, Jamie’s work can be seen in private residences throughout Western Canada.
Formally trained in interior design, with a complementary background in manufacturing, construction, and custom millwork, Jamie has an intrinsic understanding of the total design process. Sarah Gallop is a Registered Interior Designer and principal of SGDI, a full service Interior Design firm specializing in Residential Interiors. Sarah is a best-selling author and regular contributing writer for Black Press and Glacier Media and a featured columnist for Westcoast Homes + Design magazine.
Sarah commitment to functional, timeless design has won numerous Georgie and Ovation Awards through the GVHBA, including Best Master Suite, Best Kitchen under 100k, Best Renovation $300-499k, and Best Kitchen $50-100k in 2015.
